The World Bodybuilding Archive is a small group of Bodybuilding and
Fitness enthusiasts who decided to create the largest collection
(archive) of Bodybuilding and Fitness related content.
So many people glance at the almost mythological Golden Era of Bodybuilding, the classic and vintage athletes, the aesthetics and the work ethics of those "Golden" times. Even today many Pro-Bodybuilders try to resemble and to incorporate that golden touch into their performance and looks. So, there clearly is a demand!
We all know the big stars like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane and Steve Reeves. But how about athletes like Peter Hensel, John Citrone, Don Howarth, Joe Bucci and many others, just to name a few. These amazing Bodybuilders had amazing physiques, artistic stage performances and incredible training and life philosophies. Yet - they didn't get nearly as much fame and attention as they deserved to. And here we come into play.
We collect all footages we can get our hands on, we digitalize, edit and remaster them and put them out into the wide world of today's Fitness and Bodybuilding community for all of you to see. Our mission is to celebrate all the great athletes throughout the history of Bodybuilding and Fitness. None of them will ever be forgotten!
